Simple MFG takes care to employ and continually train people who are highly skilled in reviewing and improving product design. It is their job to ensure the manufacturing process is both straight forward and cost-effective for our customers. With experience in manufacturing hundreds of products from a wide range of market sectors, Simple MFG have developed extensive Design For Manufacture (DFM) techniques to add real value to the product and manufacturing process.

Simple MFG has formal processes in place, enabling us to review and provide feedback, using industry standard IPC criteria, on the suitability of the product for manufacture. In addition, initial production reviews are documented for all new products going through our lines. This ensures any opportunities for improvement are identified.
